Celebration Ice, LLC
was founded in 2008 by Mark Seibert in Jasper, Indiana. After 6 years of experience working in the ice industry, Mark founded Celebration Ice, LLC to provide the top-notch service that was missing from Jasper and the surrounding areas in the ice industry. In 2015 , Justin Gramelspacher, a 9 year military veteran and childhood friend of Mark, joined the company as part owner. He heads all of our maintenance needs inside and outside the plant with his HVAC license! We have had the same amazing core group of team members and drivers for several years as well. Today in 2026 we have the capability to produce 100 tons of ice and are constantly expanding our footprint in Indiana, Kentucky, and Illinois!
Entering our 18th season in 2026, we have completely gutted the production portion of the ice plant and are revamped it with all new equipment to be capable of producing 100 tons of ice per day. This will allow us even greater flexibility to serve our customers’ needs and allow us to catch up quicker during unexpected downtimes. We have added Robotic Palletizers to our Ice Manufacturing Process to ensure all of the ice is HANDS Free and as safe as possible for human consumption! Call us at any time for a tour of our ice plant to see how it is all done! We are adding two more trucks to our fleet to bring us to a total of 11 trucks including 5 CDL 10 pallet trucks! We also have added 2 Semi Tractors and 3 semi Trailers to the fleet for those BIG ICE NEEDS the past year! We also are underway in building out a 600 pallet ice storage facility just down the road! We are super excited to watch this progress and hopefully be completed by the Fall of 2026!
We also partnered with IceQ Sensors to allow us to monitor ice levels in all of our 900 + ice storage merchandisers out in the field to eliminate “emergency ice call ins.” This helps us to be more efficient with our ice routes, provide even better customer service, and keep all of our loyal customers fully stocked with ice at all times! It also eliminates the customer's need to ever call or order ice! Let US worry about the ice inventory so you don't have to! The Entrepreneur of the Year announced at the Annual Dubois Strong meeting wasn’t there—he was at the hospital with his mom as she fights her fourth round with cancer—but everyone there appreciated his product as they ordered mixed drinks and sodas from the bar. In fact, many a party would probably be ruined without Mark Seibert’s product and appropriately enough his company name says it all: Celebration Ice.
Celebration Ice is a product of Dubois County; a homegrown business from a hometown boy. With those qualifications, the Dubois Strong board quickly approved Mark as Entrepreneur of the Year. “Mark was nominated by John Kahle of Kimball International,” Dubois Strong President Jim Dinkle said. “He is a homegrown business, a homegrown individual.”
